Integrated Studio Project
Integrated Studio Project (InSP) is a module taken all through the 3 years in Polytechnic. In this module, I was able to learn ways to gather basic site investigation data for example, its environmental, program, and development strengths and limitations from the site to guide design proposals throughout the design process.
Over my 1st Year and 2nd Year, I have went through a few projects ranging from a residential space to an educational space. Through these projects, I was able to harness my creative skill to cultivate ideas from each projects based on the site data and various activities. InSP has also allowed me to be bold and challenge myself to curate spaces that solves the issue posed in the projects given to us as they were usually catered for varying clients and consumers.
InSP has also allowed me to work closely and enhance my skills in various software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Twinmotion to do up my designs and 3D renders. Furthermore, I explored helpful sites such as BIM Objects that allowed me to carefully choose furniture that suits and brings out the need for the space.
